MY JOURNEY ... so far
2000
Upon transferring to a new elementary school, the introduction of Grade 4 final exams triggered intense anxiety, causing a significant decline in self-confidence and persistent stress throughout my academic career.
2007
Having lacked physical activity and sports involvement during my upbringing, I discovered a newfound passion for gym workouts. This sparked my interest in strength training and led me to explore various exercises such as yoga, CrossFit, cycling, and more.
2015
Graduated from York University, in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, with a Specialized honours in Bachelor ofScience Kinesiology.
After a painful breakup, I hit rock bottom and found solace in my faith in God. This experience sparked a newfound passion for emotional healing, prompting me to explore practices such as meditation, yoga, and prayer. My journey towards healing remains ongoing to this day.
After experiencing severe digestive pain, I underwent a colonoscopy and endoscopy, only to receive "normal" results and a diagnosis of exclusion, IBS.
2017
2020
I adopted a vegan lifestyle in May 2019, believing it would alleviate my digestive issues. However, unbeknownst to me, this diet change led to an influx of oxalates, exacerbating inflammation and perpetuating my symptoms. Coupled with the stress of school and the onset of the pandemic my body was overwhelmed.

In December, I launched my Chiropractic practice. Finally, after years of being a student, I was eager to apply my knowledge to assist others. However, I was unprepared for the significant physical changes my body would undergo once I transitioned into the workforce.
2023
With the constant thought of always knowing I can help patients more, I am introduced to the Integrative Healing Academy. I apply, complete the course with flying colours and embark on a journey of a lifetime -- helping people through supplementation live the life of their dreams.
Today
Every day, I have the privilege of helping hundreds of individuals in their journey towards achieving their highest quality of life. My passion lies in helping people, and I'm eager to guide YOU towards activating your best quality of life!
As an infant, I suffered from colic. I had a rapid eating habit, finishing breastfeeding in just five minutes and would vomit it all up shortly afterward. This was the start of many gut health issues to come.
1992
2005
At 13, I developed a keen interest in nutrition and "healthy" eating, leading to an obsession with food and the onset of fad dieting. This marked the beginning of unhealthy habits and a distorted relationship with food, influenced by its impact on my stomach.
2012
After slipping on my icy driveway, I fractured my right ankle, marking my first broken bone. While in a cast, I observed the vulnerability of the body, experiencing a 50% muscle mass loss in my right thigh/leg due to lack of weight bearing. Focused solely on returning to normal tasks, I neglected proper rehab, a decision I regret to this day.
2016
I was admitted to Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in Toronto, Ontario, to pursue becoming a chiropractor.
2019
During my last year at CMCC, I experienced overwhelming stress and worsening digestive symptoms. Seeking answers, I turned to functional medicine and was diagnosed with H. pylori. Following quadruple antibiotic therapy, coupled with a poor diet, I felt depleted. Six months later, I developed severe acne, exhausting all natural remedies I resorted to accutane.
2022
In May 2022, I received a diagnosis of cervical disc herniation. In the months leading up to the diagnosis, I experienced severe pain that made it difficult to sleep, drive, work, and function normally. Despite the pain, I couldn't afford to take time off work because I needed to pay my bills and help my patients, leaving my body to bear the consequences.
2024
God answered my prayers and after 15 months of dating, finally married my amazing husband in January 2024.
